Dimensions crankshaft and engine block m38 G740

Hello, i want to let grind the crankshaft and need the original dimensions of the shaft to be able to see how many times it has been grinded.

The engine block and cylinder head must also be grond . How can I see if I can still grind the engine block. Are there dimensions which one must adhere. Otherwise the kommpression could indeed be too high.
