That happens occasionally. The Ord # that Willys uses in a factory blueprint for a screw becomes a standard hardware ORD # in the ORD 9. Your answer is it is the 4" long #10 screw used in the fuel filter element in the gas tank Page 83 in the 55 ORD 9 under system 309 3rd item ORD # 455268.
You can find that 7351317 in the 1951 ORD 9 page 63 and it is listed alongside WO# 802607.

Notice the package date! Note the other hint on their intended purpose is system code 309.
