M38 Parts Wanted

Post by AWOL »

Looking for a few more M38 parts to replace the CJ parts previous owners put on.

Looking for a grill
Radiator
Headlight parts
B/O light
Horn
Gauge cluster
Light Switch

Or anything else you may have sitting around that you would possibly part ways with. I'm just starting to dig into the project so I'm sure other stuff will come up.

Eric,
I don't know the date of your M38 but Brent Mullins has NOS
two lever light switches with two connectors (the early version).

Awol & Wade,

The early M38 thru MC65042 instrument cluster mounting panel (plate) has a CB on it. The later cluster does not.

The early Dodges had the CB as well but I can't find a match for the part numbers with the Dodge plate which shows ORD # 7526602 and AC # 1580676. The M38 part numbers for the early plate with the CB are AC # 1581283 or WO # 118098.

They appear to be identicle in the M37 and M38 ORD 9's.

Thanks Wade, Brian and Kendall. I think I have the grill, gauge panel and light switch located from one person. Just waiting for confirmation.

Thanks Wes for the info on part numbers and differences.
