Specifically look at pages 24 and 25 of Rick's T90 guide.
Two items are mentioned which may lock up the tranny once connected
to the transfer.
1. The locking plate on the reverse idler shaft must be installed correctly
and must be the right size, ie. must fit inside the recess on the front
of the transfer.
2. Bearing spacer might be too thick. Not noticeable when assembling the tranny but when the transfer is bolted on it pushes the mainshaft too far forward.
