Brake mystery of M38 CDN

Post by Lyle »

I'm restoring a 1952 M38 CDN built by Ford Canada.

Indentifying Numbers:

Brake Back-plates: FF , Logo: is a WE with a C or G stamped over the W & E

Rear Cylinder: Wagner Lockheed FD 45856, 3/4" bore (I think)

Brake Shoes have no markings
The brake shoe pads are 11" x 2"

Drums are 10" (inside to inside edge)
Casting number: CENTURY. C2310

Looking for brake shoes.

As soon as I can figureout how to upload pics issue will be clearer

Cheers, Lyle
