Wes,
You have a few pictures in the gallery of a L134 painted blue. It looks like the same color my F134 was painted...do you know the name of the color? It almost looks like Ford Blue...

That blue block belonged to Ken Smith and yes I believe it was Ford blue.

I would say that any L134 painted blue is from a civilian rebuild shop. Ford/Canadian ones are 9N tractor gray, and US ones are 2430 OD.
