Since there is a very similar want ad below yours you may want to specify the shutoff valve on the dash or the one on the later wiper motor itself. It always helps to ID your wanted part with a part number and even a photo.

Hi I have a few of these I will be putting up on ebay in the next few days. I searched hi and low for the correct one with the flat stamped handle, but had to buy a lot of them from a wholesaler to get one! Most I found, even if the photo showed a flat handle, arrived with the long "pin style" handle which I think is the only way they are producing the valve now. It is a Weatherhead (Eaton) brand with 2 x 1/4" compression fittings.
Search "M38 Needle valve" in the next few days. I will try and get it done Monday.
