I see a nice take-off on fleabay right now for $49 plus shipping.

And BMJP has a NOS advertised there for $95 plus shipping.

Good luck!

My description of the part needed may have fallen short. I need the tool box cover that is spot welded to the floor pan. The hinged lid is spot welded to the cover. The cover also contains a scripted "JEEP" on the front.

Thank you for your reply.

Hi Trip,
You need the entire tool box, cover ("lid") included.

I see reproductions (with "Jeep" script) also on fleabay, made by MDJuan.
Some have the M38-style cover latch, and some have the CJ-style cover latch.
Haven't seen any used take-offs' being advertised in awhile.

Good luck!

Check with Midwest Military and Quarter Ton Military.

I know they both have used take off parts.
