Looks like you have a good chance with some welding and grinding skills to be able to return the pintle/landing leg to it's stock configuration. I have not had any serious problems over the past 20 years finding the stock pintle and landing legs. She'll make for a very nice M100 resto when you are done.

That trailer is in great shape, compared to some of the trailers I've seen for sale.

While looking underneath I noticed this was definitely an Air Force trailer originally…looks like brand new paint under this undercoating.
