Adding pictures to post

Can anybody please explain to this old-timer how to add pictures to a post?
Be kind. My wife has to remind me how to turn my phone on every morning.

When you open our home page and then open the "Forums" index page there is an index of all the forums. Look towards the bottom of the list and you will see:



Forum # 10 is entirely about photos and how to move them and load them to posts.
