I was fortunate enough to get one of Hal's M38 kits a few years ago, great stuff.
Not sure he's still making them.

If it helps, but not cheap, there's a source on fleabay for both early and late model M38 vacuum line kits and individual pieces here: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_ssn=m- ... 61.l170197

He might be doing M38A1 kits if you ask.
I never did a study in the ORD9's to see if any of the parts are used on both.
