Hi, I’m Hartspass and introducing myself here

Post by Hartspass »

Greetings everyone. I’m new here. I bought a 1965 M38-A1 jeep and been acquiring manuals and parts over the last couple of months for it. I’m planning on using it for camping, fishing, and such here in the Pacific Northwest. I’ll keep it mostly military at heart being US Army Vietnam-era myself.
I’ve already asked my question in the Technical Knowledge Base. Diagrams or pictures would be helpful. Thanks and may you have a good day.

Welcome aboard. This is a good place for you to return to and list your progress as you move things along. The best word to describe M38A1 ownership is "FUN"!

I’m in Portland. Seems like most of these guys are in the Midwest or Carolinas You’ll find this is an excellent forum. The information is unmatched if you have questions related to historical accuracy in context of timelines backed by research and proof. I’ve found Wes an invaluable and greatly appreciated resource and my go-to when questions arise regardless of subject.

Forgot to mention: there’s a way, forget how exactly right now, where you can message privately, feel free to do so. Here’s my contact info as well chadbarnum@gmail.com 503-475-4208
