The above link is your best bet for the Canadian military pattern trucks.
If you ever thought it was hard finding Jeep parts wait until you start shopping for those parts. Fortunately, a lot of the powertrain is commercial. There are a few parts sources for them, here in Canada Brian Asbury from Acton Ontario has parts, as does Dirk Leegwater out of the NL.

I have owned several of the CMPs, and the Fords are by far the best. More horsepower, and the engines don't leak oil like the Chevs.

Brian Asbury in Canada would be your best bet as stated earlier.
