M31C Pedestal Mount question

I am going to add a 50 Cal. on my 1952 M38A1 and one problem is I/we have to make the M31C Pedestal. My question is, does anyone know the base plate dimensions and/or any other of the dimensions for it? I can measure the holes on the frame mount but she is still stored so it would be much easier here. Thanks for the help if any.
