I bought my Omix pump from a well known Jeep Parts company. When I told them the pulleys didn't line up, they wanted 20% restocking fee. I would've lost almost $30 sending it back including shipping. I put it on eBay ( with a full description of my problem with it and that it was brand new because I never bolted it on - just held it in place to determine pulley alignment). I sold it to a guy in Australia and only lost $13! I ended up rebuilding my stock one using US made parts - or I bought them from a well known military Jeep Parts supplier anyway - maybe they were imports too, for all I know. It's not leaking yet though ( almost 3 years later).
