Hood Number- confirm?

Hood Number- confirm?
I don't know my original hood number. After hours of wet sanding I got down to only a starting number of 75....and cant make out the rest. If my serial number is 54,185 dated 2/52 can I assume a number of 20954185 would be OK? Thank you!
