Polarizing my generator
I just watched video where a guy said each time you disconnect your Batt, that you need to polarize your gen. Is this true?

He was confused. It is a good idea to but it is not always needed. The need arises when as the result of long periods of inactivity or heavy maintenance the generator loses it's magnetism.
