Little questions
Did the usmc contract jeeps (64) ever have the ramsy winches on them ?, I've never seen one with it. I know the original m38a1 runs did. yes, i know not all them did. Also I've looked and couldn't find, but what is the part number for a latter packard connector wire harness, wo-806410 ?, think that dougles though.

There's no evidence any m38A1's left Willys after about 1955 with any winch.
The latest TM's available for parts listing on the M38A1 are the TM 9-2320-208-20P dated Jan 66 Organizational Repair parts catalog and the TM 9-2320-208-34P Depot level repair parts dated JUL 66 still only list the Douglas connectors.
I would suggest trying to run down NavWeps manuals for the Navy and Marine jeeps. I have never seen one. 806410 is a Douglas light switch harness for the A1.
