M series Douglas wiring components

Post by RichJohnson »

Does anyone know where I can get a stash, like a bag of, the rubber grommet that goes around the connector inside the douglas shell connectors.
I would like just rubber piece but all places I have seen want to sell wiring kits or whole connector kits as seen in photo.
as seen here in this kit

Thanks. I will look them up.
Been a while since I had to work on any of my own military stuff.

4 years ago I bought 50 rubber grommets (Art. 06549) from UCOM Inc. (www.ucominc.com, sales@ucominc.com). They carry all of the components of the Douglas connectors. I was very satisfied with their service and their products. David

Midwest Military sells all of the bits separately. Last time I bought
the grommets they were 40 cents each.
