Willys A-12268 1-1/2 ton jack

Looking for a Willys A-12268 1-1/2 ton jack. Maybe someone has one with their M38 or A1? Here are pictures of what I am looking for. The only markings are the W and 1-1/2 on the top of the base plate with the hole in the middle. Thank you!
