Marine Corps M100 For Sale --- SOLD

SOLD 8-24-2019

M100, Dunbar Kapple serial number M750759, Date of Delivery 1-54

Advertised only in this forum.

Solid, original, unmolested trailer. All three original data plates present. Nothing missing, everything serviceable. Has the USMC undercoat and lift rings. Lead sealing washers present on the reflectors. Hard-wired light cable harness (no cable stowage box or brackets). Matching pair of Guide tail-lights. New NDT tires. Has mid-late 1980's NC and SC state DMV inspection stickers.

It has 4 small (1/4-inch) "extra" holes approximately centered in the rear frame cross-member where a previous owner mounted a license plate bracket. No other holes that aren't supposed to be there that I can find. There are (as seen in the photos), two pieces of 3/8-inch thick steel bar about 3-inches long welded inside each channel of the A-frame draw-bars near the lunette bracket. Unknown purpose. I believe they could be removed using care with minimal or no damage to the A-frame channels.

Garaged and untouched since November 2016 when brought home from Georgia. Can't be many left like this one.

See photos at: http://willysmjeeps.com/v2/modules.php? ... _photo.php

Will take additional photos if desired. Located zip 29485. Sold with Bill of Sale. First $1800 owns it.

Well, all right. One year anniversary today and not much interest at $1800.

I didn't think it over-priced, considering others I've seen, but maybe it is. It's hard to tell what any of them actually sell for in the end.

Dropping the price on this one. First $1600 owns it. Still only advertised in this forum.

Had intended to keep this one, but stuff happens. Need to offset cost of un-forecast engine rebuild for the M38!
