Turn Signals on my M38A1

Post by ikalimnos »

Hello,

Below are the photos from my turn signal installation, I used the layout from the M151A1 which I believe is similar to the M38A1 CDN3. Please note that I did not want to drill the fenders so I designed a base that is installed below the hood hooks. The turn signal kit is on outside of the glove compartment behind the dash.

That looks to be a nice installation. I like the idea of no extra holes too.

Looking at the T/S switch it looks that you opted for the later system with electronic flasher. Good choice.

May I ask what you did for turn signals at the rear of the vehicle? Could you post a photo of it perhaps .
Thank you

NICE! I love the mounts and the look of the signals on the fenders & that you didn't drill the fenders! Now I'm considering this option.

Thanks for the good comments!

On the back side, I have the M151A1 layout using the stop lights as turn signals. The only thing I did not add yet was a small marker on the right for Black Out Stop Light...
