Oil Filter Part Number...

I need to do an oil change and want to replace the filter in my Mil Junior Filter, what are the civilian part numbers I need to look for?

It has been a while and have lost the box the original came in.

What is the diameter of the junior canister?
I have a filter canister that is Military Standard.
