You can force swap anything. The mother of necessity will prove that.

MB Front
Mather, parabolic length 36 1/4" width 1 3/4" number of leaves 8 camber 5/16".

M38 Front
Semielliptic length 36 1/4", width 1 3/4" number of leaves 10, camber 3/8"

MB rear
Mather parabolic length 42" width 1 3/4" number of leaves 9 camber 3/4"

M38 Rear
semieliptic length 42" width 1 3/4" number of leaves 11 camber 5/8"

The M38 bushing and bolt are bigger. You will have a load carrying deficiency with the MB springs under the M38.
