m38 fuel pump spacer

Hi would anyone know the thickness of a m38 fuel pump spacer thanks. I have one which is 5.80 mm but when i fit the pump the engine locks up while turning by hand also the hand primmer lever will not move correctly works ok when of the engine. THANKS

Looks like your spacer is too thin. The correct spacer is 9/16" or 0.5625" or about 14.1MM. Also make sure you have the pump's arm under the cam lobe.
