What size & type screw in footman loops on A1?

Hi Guys,

We are getting our M38A1 ready for a respray and are in the process of removing all the external fittings. The Footman Loops have been fitted with screws with a combination of Phillips and normal Flat heads.

I would be grateful if anyone could tell me what sort of screw should be fitted to the Footman Loops.
