Installing New Canvas Seat Covers

Does anyone have any tips or pictures regarding installing new canvas onto the rear bench seat assembly? I have a new, undrilled, rear seat frame and would like some tips for installing the seat covers. What is the spacing on the screw holes/grommets? The canvas is pretty darn tight trying to stretch it over the seat frame. Any tips/pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
