Front wheel alignment...does my check list look ok?

Today I installed all of the following new parts:

Bell Crank
Bell Crank Bearings & Seals
Bell Crank Shaft
All new tie rods
Drag Link rebuild kit
And new pitman arm.

When I installed the tie rods I did not torque them down all the way because i was afraid that if I screw up I might have to pull them apart and could damage them.

I managed to get the pitman arm very close to center with the tie rods only lightly attached. I also have the front end up on jack stands.

My goal for tomorrow is to completely align every thing.

Does the following look like a correct way to do this?

1. Torque down tie rod connections completely while ensuring that bell crank is aligned straight ahead.
2. Attempt to set toe in to 1/8 while on jack stands.
3. Once set recheck pitman arm alignment.
4. Lower jeep front back down. Roll jeep backwards then forwards.
5. Move front wheels onto greeased plates.
6. Set toe in to 1/8 if it has changed.
