Why, oh, why does my new fuel pump not pump? I replaced my m38a1 stock pump and vacuum with a pump only from Kaiser Willys. Is there a secret I don't know about? I always just bolted a new one on and bingo.
I can suck gas from the tank with my mouth. Hmmm.

Try using the civvy pump without the military pump spacer.
