Wiring help.

Post by Scott21 »

I need to repair my harness where the tail lights split off. Need to repair where the wire goes from 1 wire to 2 wires and into the tail light and trailer harness.

I cannot find a pigtail (1 to 2 wires )for the 14 guage wire. Any ideas on what to use?

If you are not concerned with originality just solder the three leads together and cover with heavy or multiple layers of heat shrink. Don't forget to slide the heat shrink on before you solder them together!

Otherwise the one into two Douglas Connector pieces are normally available at Midwest Mil, Rapco and Starr Electric. Also sometimes at Memphis equip and Saturn Surplus.
