I have a problem with the canvas. I have made a new one with doors and curtains http://www.uscanvas.com/. The problem is that the doors do not fit.
The manufacturer responded to me saying:
There is not no problem, They Are correct, the problem is the angle of the windshield, the rubber seal under the windshield is compressed, if you unclip the windshield, bring it forward to STI correct angle and adjust the clasps holding, you will Need the rubber seal to make it thicker to Retain the windshield at the correct angle. The door frames are copied m38 Exactly original frame for Which I have.
I've done what I said but still the same.
I made the Top Bow Rod Kit with perfect measurements and I still have the problem.
Any solution?. Do any scheme of measures of doors?,
Is there a trick for placement?.
Sorry for my bad English. I would like to post photos but not how.
Thanks.

If you have an M38 and you are sure the doors are M38 and they do not match the angle of the windshield then most probably the windshield is bent at it's attaching arms.

If your rod works are built correctly and installed make the vertical rod at the rear of the door opening vertical. Then whatever distance the windshield is off you must correct.

Or you can install the door to the windshield and whatever correction is needed to get the aft vertical edge of the door vertical you will need to make to correct the fit.

Is there a manual where you see the door dimensions and distances measured between rear and front top bow bow top?

There are none available yet. Someday when I spot a perfect fitting top I will make all the measurements.

If you have the door rails that mount on the body, that angle should match the angle of the windshield. Maybe use a long straight edge to check to see where everything lines up
