I would suggest finding out where it is located and having someone nearby inspect it. At the least I would suggest getting a lot of more detailed photos to see what "OK" and "Great Body" and What "The size of my hand" really means. No title, runs hot in the summer and rebuild or re-ring raise a lot of danger signs.
