M 38 fuel pump rebuild

What are the additions or changes to the fuel pump rebuild- that are not shown in the repair manual? Is there a later manual with these changes included?Many THANKS

That is the latest edition of the TM 9-1828A. I know there are some factory service bulletins floating around and at least one military bulletin.
