I dont need the engine out of my parts jeep so I am selling it. It is at the machine shop right now, no work has been done to it but the machine shop looked it over. They said it appears to be a good block, they did not magnaflux it or clean it. It is standard bore right now but will need to be bored. The crank is in good shape but has been ground to .020 undersize. No bolt on parts go with the engine, just the long block. It will be disasembled and ready to go to your machine shop. I do have a flywheel, bell housing, and intake/exhaust manifold I will sell for extra along with the engine. I would like $900 or best offer. If you would like I can get the machine work down but that would be extra.
It should be picked up from the machine shop next week. I can get more pics of it then. It was brought to the machine shop with my other engine, he decided to use my other engine because it did not need to be bored.

How about $600, a few minor parts did go into the engine I am keeping, one connecting rod stud and the valve spring retainers. The engine is apart so a few bolts will probably be missing. I will sell just the bare block for $500. Time to get the correct engine for your m38, how often does an MC block come up for sale?
