M151A1 Jeep, very complete worth???

I have just picked up a uncut very good condition MUTT and I already own a restored one, this jeep also has a new top, title and seems to need only a head gasket.. a fellow collector I know would like to buy it and restore it.. does anybody have some standard to go by as far as price would be... would like to just sell it for what it would be worth and not looking for a killing on the jeep.. thanks for any replies....

Is it a MUTT or an M38A1? The title says "M38A1" but you call it a MUTT.

Anywhere from $3M to $6M. It would take a lot of photos and decriptive details to nail that down closer.
