Does anyone know what vehicle G249 references? All the lists I have skip over this number.

SNL G-249 " this is a manual of the estimated quantities of component parts of winterization equipment fo truck, utility, 1/4 ton, 4x4, M38 stocked for maintance and rebuild"

The Gxxx prefixes you find in the ORD supoply manuals are not always a Gxxx vehicle.

The SNL G742 series supply manual is divided into volumes that cover most of the winterization kits for WWII and M series vehicles.
