I found a picture yesterday of the hole ID for the driver's side fender on a M38. I did not bookmark it, and now I can't find it to save me. Can someone help me locate that picture again? Specifically, I need to ID the hole for the handbrake cable clamp. Thanks again for your help. _________________ Mjfire

On vehicles after #34151 the holes #8, 9 and 10 are filled with 9/32" button plugs. I don't know if vehicles before #34151 had empty holes or no holes at all. Two more button plug filled holes on the right fender. ..... Brian

Need some help with extra holes in my hood.
I have the four for the windshield rests up front, as well as the four that the hood latches are connected to.
There is one offset near the middle and about six inches from the cowl, and two about the same distance from the cowl, but on either side of the hood, and equal distance from the centerline.
I can't find anything that squares with these three holes. They are allowing water to get into the engine compartment and fill up the spark plug areas.
Okay, when it does rain. And the dents Bubba put in the hood while standing on it to fill up the deer feeder. I worked on that today.
Just wanted confirmation that I can plug these.
Also, one more hood question. My hinge is detached on one side, and hanging on by a couple of tacks on the other. Bubba drilled a couple of holes through the top in the extreme indents in the hinge and dropped a couple of bolts in there. Save cleaning and spot welding was there a recommended repair that utilized bolts?
