I look at the m38 on the forum and i see you have a barre in front of the light is it hard to find and what is the price for 2 and any one have a paire for sale Question

I've seen them installed by civvy owners on A1's but there is not a shread of evidence that Willys or Kaiser installed them. There's no real need for them since the A1 headlamp is recessed far enough into the grill to protect it.
