Well the Little Rock convention is over and I made it home safely...

I am sorry I did not post sooner, but upon arriving home my internet was down and did not get it back till today (5 July) due to a bad line... Sad

I have posted photos of the M-38s and M38A1s there also photos of the room... I was having such a good time looking and finding some good deals that I forgot to take photos... Very Happy

I got to meet Gunny from "Mail Call" and get his autograph...

I made several good purchases... Set of top bows for canvas to be purchased down the road... a working temp gauge with douglas connectors, a complete set of M-38CDN data plates (Excellent Repros)... and a few other items...

I got to spend some time with Cacti Ken, his wonderful wife and grandson. I also got to meet a few other members of the group there and I am sorry I do not remember names well...

One final note which was a complete surprise was I came home with 2 awards... Motor Pool Ready for my M-100 and Motor Pool Ready for my M-38CDN... I tied with Dean Williams of the TMVG, his M-170 also took an award... I did not plan on winning anything I went to display my jeep and trailer and having them judged was a way for me to have the folks tell me what I have done right or wrong... So if you get the chance to attend the next convention in Portland, OR (2008) or the one in Evansville, IN (2009) I would say go for it, I had a great time and got to meet lots of new friends and old ones too...

Photos are in the Gallery page 5 under 2007 Nat Convetion... Should you have photos to add let me know and we can wortk it out...

Thanks...

Hal,
Thanks for the photos. I wish I could have made it.
