They are on page 147 of your trusty ORD 9 SNL G-740 dated Sep 1955.
#1 = 23 3/4" overall with 90 degree ends and the rubber jacket covers the whole length of the shield housing.
#2, 3 & 4= 19 3/4" overall and the rest is the same as above.

Plug wires are difficult to come by. George and John had some made, but they could not get the manufacturer to put the molded rubber on the outside of the wires.
From talking to George, they were lucky to get the manufacterer to do the correct lengths as they are busy making sheilded wires for other applications.
