Nekaf Tub pictures needed.

My "tub patching" on my Nekaf is almost done. (I will post some pictures later.) There are a lot of holes all over the the tub. I am not sure which holes are for what and which holes I can patch (and which holes I must open again). Can somebody please help with a few pictures?
There are a couple of holes on top and on the inside of the rear fenders?
Then the holes for the rear lights?
Holes in the front floor?
Holes on the sides?
