Hi
Here is the data plate made in january 1953 and CDN
Yes the motor was running but one cylinder is missing and i don't know for the back seat
The body is in good condition the only rust on the passenger side the driver side is N1
and the floor have tu be fix

I got this Metal Brake this is good for 36in and up to 16gau for 250$cdn
side repair panels ...

Hey,
that seems like a good price for the metal brake.
I don't have an M38A1 handy to measure, but someone here on the board should be able to help you out.
I would fit it close to the piece you took out.
