Siren foot switch location

Does anyone know the "official" location that a foot switch for a siren on the M38 would have been located? It seems like there would be a hole or punchout for it, but I don't see any spot. I hate to drill another hole, but will do so if necessary.

There is no official spot and Willys never allowed any access for a siren. So pick a spot you like and drill or leave the siren off if you want a factory original jeep.
