In the mean time I see a simple solution for you.

This space (A) will need a spacer fabricated preferably from a sheet of stainless that when added to two gaskets will equal the dimension (B) in the next photo.

This dimension (B) can be corrected by adding a spacer between the intake and exhaust at dimension (A) in the first photo.
Once this is done all you should need to do is have a machinist grind the excess from the exhaust port faces to match the intake in the next photo dimension (C).
Then you can correct nut bearing surface using a stepped washer or by wellding additional material to exhaust in the area of offset (D) in the next photo.
Or you could send these photos to Krage and ask for an intake that matches the exhaust they sent you. Make sure the intake they send you will have the two primer ports, PCV port and the vacuum source port on the top aft end of the manifold.
