I am having trouble getting my phots from my computer to the photo gallery

When i try to upload, it says it is working but i do not see the photo in my album

Do you hava any suggestions

Do you have anyone close by with more computer use experience who can help? You probably are having issues with file type or size and a more proficient computer user sitting there with you will be much more helpful then we can be sitting here trying to guess what your computer is doing.
