good fuel pressure for an m38a1?

I'm running an electric fuel pump with a regulator and am wondering what would be a good fuel pressure to run?

The one in the book! What pump you use is not the clue, it's the limits of the carb. Are you using a YS950S? If, yes then use the number on page 144 of TM 9-8014 4 1/2 to 5 PSI. If you are using something else then you'll need to find out what it's design inlet pressure is.

Yes it can be found and purchased on line. You should really have at least the TM 9-8014 Operator and Organizational Maintenance manual in paper back available on your fender. It's even a good idea to leave it in the glove box for those break downs out on the road away from this computer info source. The other manuals for the A1 are also very helpful to have.

Try sitting that computer on the fender and then start bangingon the jeep or try running that extension cord for the computer 7 miles down the road from town.

Just download the freebies and put them on a CD and take them to a Kinko's print shop and have them printed up and put them in a 3 ring binder. Some print shops will even offer binding for a small fee.
