dash plates

Post by tommy »

I might be wondering about things that don't matter because I have not unstuck the engine in my "new" M38A1 yet. I'm hoping to get it running though. The brass plates on the dash are one thing I have a question about. I am missing one. It would be the middle one in the bottom row. It would be approx one a one-half inches square. Maybe mine was not equipped with whatever it applies to , as there is no evidence of the plate ever having been there , although the four holes are there. Anyone else have one there? Anyone else missing others? Thanks :?:

That's where the winch/PTO instruction plate goes.
