I stopped at my local airport to purchase some 100LL avgas and was explaing to the guy there what I was going to do with it and he suggested that MOGAS might be a better choice but they didn't carry it.
After leaving empty handed, I did some research on MOGAS and this is what I've learned, correct me if I'm wrong.
MOGAS= 90 octane, No Ehtenol, No lead, and is much more stable than standard auto gas
Now I'm not sure what would be the best choice:
1 the mixture wes described in the earlier post 100LL with standard 87oct with 10% or less ethenal
2 100LL mixed with MOGAS same ratio as above
3 straight MOGAS
4 Or something else
