Jeep Truck
A friend of mine just bought 1952 Jeep truck how close would the mech parts be with 1952 M38 or would they be entirely different

Depends on weather the truck is a 4 or 6 cylinder unit. The axles are different and the ratio and input shaft on the T90 are different.
