Is this a correct canvas top for the M38A1? Previous owner of my jeep bought this in Holland some 30 years ago. He says it does not fit, but I am not sure he had the right top bows / windshield to use with it.
Its marked "HTK" for the Danish army technical corps. Dated april 1965.
looks like it is for an m38a1, old canvas shrinks very badly, the nos m170 top I got didnt fit right untill I got it hot, wet, and stretched now it fits like a glove.
I don't recognize that part number or that combination of numbers. When googled using it as is nothing shows up and when googled as a FSN (9680-684=5210) or NSN (9680-00-684-5210) nothing comes up. If Danish manufacturer perhaps someone can help with the two digit code for Denmark to use in the NSN. None of the US Parts Manuals use that number.
